My first month in the Mosaic : Joined on 6th July - Induction meetings with HR, BM, Collegeues. Took hand over for the projects from Amit upto 15th July for all the campaigns. Then started the bigger problem , in reality it is a festival season for SHIV bhakts. The week for the KAWAR, where Shiv bhakts used to bring the holi Gangajal from the sacred river of India, Ganga. They go to Haridwar, the dev bhoomi every year and bring the Gangajal in the Kawar. The buses and the main highway routes are generally closed and diverted at that time. My chartered buses for Noida was also facing the problem due to the closed route. I decided to go on my bike, Pulsar 150 cc. In the morning , everything was fine. I drove at 80KMH on the highway and reached the office in 75 minutes only. Usually bus takes more than 02 hours for it. Afer finishing off the work in the office, I was returning . The route was completely jammed due to heavy rush. I could reach to Mohannagar (the half way mark) up to 08
