Jul, 06 2014, Sunday: Once again destiny brought me to Noida. This is the third regular time or I can say 4th time if include 7 days stay with Hemant too. Its the regular second time that I am staying in the PG. Last time it was April 2013 when I stayed in a PG at sector-20 in Noida with my friend Mohit who was working at Ishir Digital. At that point of time, I was working with Pagetraffic but it was a short duration of only 3 months I could stay in the PG. Now, in 2014 when I have completed 10 months at Flexsin Technologies, I have shifted from modinagar to a PG in sector-56 in Noida. It takes around 25-30 minutes to me to reach to the office in Sector-63. My friend Pankaj and Arvind referred me to this PG. Overall PG looks fine with hygenic rooms and washrooms, RO, Television, cooler and fan. At all it is worth to what I pay here every month.

After joining Ishir on 22 Aug'11, it was a pleasant and wonderful journey of my career. In addition to hard work, Ishirites are supposed to participate in lot of cultural activities. I've enjoyed more than 6 such events in just 180 days. 'Bhrashtachar matka phodo abhiyan', 'Diwali Party', 'Chhapo Carbon Copy', 'Disc Party', 'Holi Party' are a few of them. Monthly birthday celebrations and the participation from each employee during it. I can say that I enjoyed every moment that I worked at Ishir. The environment is so good that you never feel the pressure of work here, collegues are highly supporting and highly skilled too. This was really good time of professional life and I wish to enjoy these moments many more times.

After completing successful 5 years in the firld of internet marketing, Ishir offered me the place I was looking for and I chose Ishir as my new destination. I started my career here as Campaign Manager - Search(SEO) in the Internet Marketing department. IM team is a fun loving team and we have loads of parties in the first month specifically disc party @ KINK, diwali party with Gol gappe and many other with ice creams, pizzas, jalebis and samosas. Its now around 2 months now in Ishir and I've a lot of friends here. Some of them are Pankaj, Shobhit, Saket, Abhinav, Chandan, Manoj, Irwin, Chetan & Karuna. The list is even bigger to write. The environment here is so enthusiastic that you never feel like in office, its like a cool working place. You have several funny moments on daily basis. We guys have created a SMALL temple for Bajrangbali in the IM department and we worship every friday and distribute orange boondi as Prasad. Its really loving and healthy atmosphere for each o...
