Its been the eleventh month since I joined ISHIR and I am using laptop number 4. Before ISHIR I used to work on a single laptop but here I have used different versions of laptop including Toshiba, HP, Dell etc. Its a good experience to compare all big brands in laptop industry. Currently I am using Dell Inspiron 15 Intel N5050 with 4GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional, Intel Core i3 2.30 GHz.

27th April 2012...Woke up early in the morning around 3:30AM and got ready for the Rafting Tour of Rishikesh. I and Reshu left at 4 o'clock from Noida, took breakfast on a Dhaba nearby Muzaffarnagar. We reached Haridwar by 11AM, and went to see Holi Ganages river at Har ki Puari on Friday. After driving 22 Kms, we reached Sivpuri, Rishikesh where Guide took us to the Rafting camp. It was the golden moment of my life when we saw river Ganga so closely. We sat on thr stones around the river and started to play with the water. Water was so cold that it took all of the tiredness we had during the journey. In the evening, we left for Jungle Trekking to see the fountain. It was on the vertical height of 1.5 Kms. On returning from trekking, we all sat for chitchat around the bonfire on the bank of Ganga river. After joining Ishir on 22 Aug'11, it was a pleasant and wonderful journey of my career. In addition to hard work, Ishirites are supposed to participate in lot of cultural activities. I've enjoyed more than 6 such events in just 180 days. 'Bhrashtachar matka phodo abhiyan', 'Diwali Party', 'Chhapo Carbon Copy', 'Disc Party', 'Holi Party' are a few of them. Monthly birthday celebrations and the participation from each employee during it. I can say that I enjoyed every moment that I worked at Ishir. The environment is so good that you never feel the pressure of work here, collegues are highly supporting and highly skilled too. This was really good time of professional life and I wish to enjoy these moments many more times.

After completing successful 5 years in the firld of internet marketing, Ishir offered me the place I was looking for and I chose Ishir as my new destination. I started my career here as Campaign Manager - Search(SEO) in the Internet Marketing department. IM team is a fun loving team and we have loads of parties in the first month specifically disc party @ KINK, diwali party with Gol gappe and many other with ice creams, pizzas, jalebis and samosas. Its now around 2 months now in Ishir and I've a lot of friends here. Some of them are Pankaj, Shobhit, Saket, Abhinav, Chandan, Manoj, Irwin, Chetan & Karuna. The list is even bigger to write. The environment here is so enthusiastic that you never feel like in office, its like a cool working place. You have several funny moments on daily basis. We guys have created a SMALL temple for Bajrangbali in the IM department and we worship every friday and distribute orange boondi as Prasad. Its really loving and healthy atmosphere for each o...

19th Aug.......my last working day at Mosaic. It was really sad to leave Mosaic after 2 years as I was attached to all Mosemps with a strong bonding during the time. But its the time and we all have to change with it. One can't be with you forever. One has to grow and changes are necessary for growth. I can't forget anthing which I witnessed in Mosaic from 2009 to 2011. Joined as an Account Manager, Qualified the Google Adwords Exam, Chosen Employee of the Month, Promoted to Senior Account Manager, and a lot more awards like Client Wows, Whale Dones................can't forget the things. These must be the two most valuable years of my career, my life. Learnt a lot from advanced search engine optimization techniques to client handling....Thanks to all my collegeues there. Missing all of you guyz.......will meet you again.

05th Jul 2011........End of the second year in Mosaic. It was another hilarious year of my life. After joining Mosaic in the year 2009, I never looked back. Joined as the Account Manager in Jul'09, I was gien a new role of team lead and promoted as the Senior Account Manager in May 2010. Accompanied with Ranjeet(Business Manager), I faced huge challenges and solved each of them. 06th Jul 2011......Beginning of the Third year in Mosaic. Looking forward to face new challenges and handling them efficiently. I'll miss Ranjeet this time as he left Mosaic now. Challenges are there as MTV is not as stable as it was during the past 24 months. Now I have a team which has alot of new faces but I am sure we can develop a team full of energy and efficiency.

The historic day in India......Government agreed to the demands of Veteran social activist Anna Hazare on Saturday morning. Anna has broken his 4 days fast after taking the sips of juice from the hands of a little girl. Anna has proved once again that Ahimsa is the greatest tool for every fight. Running on the path of Mahatma Gandhi, Anna Hazare is working for the sake of mankind for more than 40 years. This time his fight is against corruption lying in the Indian culture and government. Thousands of Anna's supporters were waiting for Anna Hazare to break his fast. Anna is a 72 years old man who wants a clear society for the future generation of India. Loud cheers erupted and the strains of Mahatma Gandhi's favourite hymn "Raghupati Raghava Raja" filled the air. Hazare began this fast Tuesday morning and continued it for 90 hours until government agreed on al of his demands for Indian society.
