I was looking for some job opportunities and got a call from PageTraffic Webtech, Noida. On the day of interview, I cleared 4 rounds including written English/communication, Written technical test, System test for site analysis and Face to face technical interview. The HR scheduled the final round with the CEO the next day. Amongst  these rounds of interview, 3rd round was a bit longer...2 hours analysis on the machine. I was given a shopping portal and I had to analyze the pros and cons, what can be improved from SEO point of view as well as conversion point of view. I got offer letter the next day. Worked there for almost 3 months, I became very close to the team mates specially onpage members like Sumit, Ankit, Alok and Anupam. All of them are hard working. We worked altogether and solved many issues for process as well as client deliveries. Looking forward for their bright future.

Saturday the 13th....I can't forget till I am alive. I was at home due to weekend, everything was smooth. I took lunch and went to visit Akshardham temple in Delhi. i felt a few disabilities in drinking water and seeing the amazing Musical Fountain. I ignored and went to bed after dinner. Next morning when we woke up, I was feeling some problems in the right half of my face. When my wife saw it she told me that the symptoms are indicating facial paralysis. Both of us were shocked....... We immediately ran to the nearby hospital named Kailash. Our landlord were also went wirh us. Consulting with the doctor, we were recommended a physician there due to unavailability of neurologist. After taking the medication from the doctor we returned home and informed our parents. Next day, my parents and in-laws reached Noida to see me. They decided to go with Ayurvedic treatment  given at Bambawar village near Dadri. Applying filters so each profile only shows traffic on the domain it was set up for. Its been the eleventh month since I joined ISHIR and I am using laptop number 4. Before ISHIR I used to work on a single laptop but here I have used different versions of laptop including Toshiba, HP, Dell etc. Its a good experience to compare all big brands in laptop industry. Currently I am using Dell Inspiron 15 Intel N5050 with 4GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional, Intel Core i3 2.30 GHz.

27th April 2012...Woke up early in the morning around 3:30AM and got ready for the Rafting Tour of Rishikesh. I and Reshu left at 4 o'clock from Noida, took breakfast on a Dhaba nearby Muzaffarnagar. We reached Haridwar by 11AM, and went to see Holi Ganages river at Har ki Puari on Friday. After driving 22 Kms, we reached Sivpuri, Rishikesh where Guide took us to the Rafting camp. It was the golden moment of my life when we saw river Ganga so closely. We sat on thr stones around the river and started to play with the water. Water was so cold that it took all of the tiredness we had during the journey. In the evening, we left for Jungle Trekking to see the fountain. It was on the vertical height of 1.5 Kms. On returning from trekking, we all sat for chitchat around the bonfire on the bank of Ganga river. Night on river bank was an unforgettable moment, we were walking through the sand and the night was looking gorgeous with full moon. We slept in the camps. Next morning, we playe...

After joining Ishir on 22 Aug'11, it was a pleasant and wonderful journey of my career. In addition to hard work, Ishirites are supposed to participate in lot of cultural activities. I've enjoyed more than 6 such events in just 180 days. 'Bhrashtachar matka phodo abhiyan', 'Diwali Party', 'Chhapo Carbon Copy', 'Disc Party', 'Holi Party' are a few of them. Monthly birthday celebrations and the participation from each employee during it. I can say that I enjoyed every moment that I worked at Ishir. The environment is so good that you never feel the pressure of work here, collegues are highly supporting and highly skilled too. This was really good time of professional life and I wish to enjoy these moments many more times.
