Auli is a skiing hill station famous for snow covered Himalayan peaks and large grasslands. December, January, February becomes the famous time for snow lovers, skiing enthusiast and adventure seekers. It is above 10-12 km from Joshimath, We visited there between 04-06 Jan 2019 and witnessed snowfall during our drive towards the GMVN hotel. It was a mesmerizing experience to reach Auli during snow season. GMVN hotel is on the peak and you can experience snowfall in its compound too. How to Reach Auli:  You can reach there by road only as the nearest Airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, which is about 280 km from Auli. October 2017, a trip to Nainital after a long time and the first for my lovely daughter Shreya. We all enjoyed this 3 day trip to the Lake City Nainital. Last time we visited Nainital in 2010, I guess. We stayed at The Maple Residences, Mall Road with the Lake view. Weather was pleasant during day and cold at night. The first day began with the drive from Noida/Ghaziabad to Nainital via Garh/Rudrapur. A halt at Gajraula allowed us to consume the yummy breakfast at Tadka Dhaba. We reached Nainital at 2PM and checked in the hotel. The best time was in the evening when we entered the Lake, it was hilarious. Then a walk on Mall Road and a fine dinner. The next day was booked for the Zoo where we prayed at Ghanti wala "Gangnathji temple" in the morning. The evening was the shopping time at Mallital and Naina devi temple. Aah.....finally a much awaited time....My own home in Ghaziabad. We shifted to our home during the last month of 2016 and now things are much easier when you live in your own home.This is the time to think beyond the biggest investment of your life. Every month since we shifted is an opportunity to create, invent, decorate the dreams we have seen in the past. A few hectic days every month but we enjoy achieving our dreams come true. After six months, things are being settled down and we have plenty of time for each other. Meanwhile, we explored most of the places within the city which we could never visit earlier. Restaurants & Multiplexes at RDC and Aryanagar are the nearest to reach. Sector 23 market is the nearest to shop. Drizzlingland is the nearest park to fun. All in all....enjoying the life.

Three years is a long time and this is what I've spent in Flexsin so far. I've been here from Aug 2013 and the next month I'll be 3 years old here...Feels like now I'll be shifted from Playway to Nursery or KG to be precise. Its been a journey from the time which I have forgot completely to the time which is most memorable in my life. Becoming a father is the special feeling which I got during my tenure in Flexsin so past 3 years have been pretty decent and growing for me and my family. But its not the end and in fact I do not know how many more years I will serve them but yes working at Flexsin will always be a part of my life with passion. Hope for the best.

On 27th Aug 2014, I have completed one year at Flexsin Technologies, Noida successfully. I am quite pleased with my tenure and performance while working on client's projects during the time. Now I can feel lot relaxed from my mind. I have seen many changes during past 12 months, team shuffled, team members left, new members joined, and many other such changes but it is the part of our life. Changes are mandatory and no one can challenge the TIME which actually causes changes. I have also been witnessed to ups and downs of the department during previous year. For now, I am looking forward to work her for more year/s but let see where my destiny takes me in coming time.

Jul, 06 2014, Sunday: Once again destiny brought me to Noida. This is the third regular time or I can say 4th time if include 7 days stay with Hemant too. Its the regular second time that I am staying in the PG. Last time it was April 2013 when I stayed in a PG at sector-20 in Noida with my friend Mohit who was working at Ishir Digital. At that point of time, I was working with Pagetraffic but it was a short duration of only 3 months I could stay in the PG. Now, in 2014 when I have completed 10 months at Flexsin Technologies, I have shifted from modinagar to a PG in sector-56 in Noida. It takes around 25-30 minutes to me to reach to the office in Sector-63. My friend Pankaj and Arvind referred me to this PG. Overall PG looks fine with hygenic rooms and washrooms, RO, Television, cooler and fan. At all it is worth to what I pay here every month.

03rd April 2014 is the most memorable day of my life. God blessed me and my wife with a baby girl on this day. Thank you God...... I am feeling on top of the world as my beloved give me the most precious gift of my life....my little cutie...names Shree. Becoming a father is an awesome feeling and you can not just miss the day when you would expect to be a father. She was weighing 3.2 kilograms on her birthday. First six months at Flexsin Technologies, Noida has been wonderful. I found some really good friends here including my team mates, my seniors and juniors. I would say "amazing" in one word and I am satisfied with the culture here. I have experienced completely professional environment from the beginning. We have lot of clients across the globe including the United States, UK, Australia, Canada, China and the Arabian region. The main difference between the work responsibilities at Flexsin and the previous organization is that here I have to call my clients daily....sometimes 4 calls a day, most of them late in the evening. Communicating regularly with the clients make it easier to understand the nature and business of the client. Most of the clients I used to talk are soft in nature. Last week of August 2013, I joined Flexsin Technologies on 27th Aug'13 as the Project Lead in the Internet Marketing department. After 8 rounds of interviews, finally I was selected by Flexsin. During last 2 months of working at flexsin, I found a very much friendly environment here. I made few good friends too, some of them are Manish, Arun, Neeraj, Gautam, Chiranjeet and the list goes on. The team I have been given is very close to me as well. All its memeber are very hard working and sincere including Vivek, Saifur, Ashish, Heera, Rakesh. I pray to God for the good luck to my team. I felt an absolute professional and calm environement here and I believe it would be similar in coming months too.

October 2012.....October 2013...12 months of my life I'll never forget. I can see bright light now and the darkest hour of my life is almost left behind. As I'll walk ahead I can see a new path. October 2012....everything was going perfect. I was planning to celebrate Dushehra with my beloved in a different way. I planned a lot of new things for our forthcoming marriage anniversary and her birthday. I was also expecting my appraisal at Ishir, Noida same month. Suddenly, I lost almost everything. After several months of treatment, I started to recover and by the middle of Mar 2013, I joined PageTraffic as my new employer. I could work there for around 3 months till 30th May and I had to leave it for some personal reasons. I started to live as a paying guest in Sector 20 and made some good friends there. Looking for better opportunities it took around 3 months when I could find a better employer. October 2013....now it has been a long time but I can't forget ...
