19th Aug.......my last working day at Mosaic. It was really sad to leave Mosaic after 2 years as I was attached to all Mosemps with a strong bonding during the time. But its the time and we all have to change with it. One can't be with you forever. One has to grow and changes are necessary for growth. I can't forget anthing which I witnessed in Mosaic from 2009 to 2011. Joined as an Account Manager, Qualified the Google Adwords Exam, Chosen Employee of the Month, Promoted to Senior Account Manager, and a lot more awards like Client Wows, Whale Dones................can't forget the things. These must be the two most valuable years of my career, my life. Learnt a lot from advanced search engine optimization techniques to client handling....Thanks to all my collegeues there. Missing all of you guyz.......will meet you again.

05th Jul 2011........End of the second year in Mosaic. It was another hilarious year of my life. After joining Mosaic in the year 2009, I never looked back. Joined as the Account Manager in Jul'09, I was gien a new role of team lead and promoted as the Senior Account Manager in May 2010. Accompanied with Ranjeet(Business Manager), I faced huge challenges and solved each of them. 06th Jul 2011......Beginning of the Third year in Mosaic. Looking forward to face new challenges and handling them efficiently. I'll miss Ranjeet this time as he left Mosaic now. Challenges are there as MTV is not as stable as it was during the past 24 months. Now I have a team which has alot of new faces but I am sure we can develop a team full of energy and efficiency.

It was the 7th foundation day for Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Ltd. on 10th of October 2010. The wonderful figure of 10-10-10 Sunday. Management decided to celebrate the auspicious ocassion on Friday 08th October.Party was planned in the new building Mosaic is about to shift in the couple of months. All of the employees were transported via cars and cabs by 1:30PM at the destination. It was actually in the E-block of NPEZ Noida(Noida Special Economic Zone). The office was awesome and spacious too. After the lunch, the celebration actually started with the dance competition between the 6 teams namely Orkut, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and others. After the unbeatable dance competition, the award ceremony started. Headed by Vikas Malhotra, a lot of awards were distributed to the deserving employees of Mosaic. I also got "Stars of Mosaic" award for my achievements on "Client Relationship". It was an unforgettable moment for me and everyone present there. Then a cold drink...

06th July 2010....the first day of my second year in Mosaic ITES, Noida. I finally completed one successful year in another organization. The first year was full of pressures, clients, innovations, worksheets, competitions, trainings, and in the end of it, I was a part of the team leaders. The first year 2009-2010 was absolutely a memarable 12 months time. I enjoyed a lot with my collegues, cheese burst pizzas, burgers, discotheques, client interactions specially Bruce-Dalida.I can't forget Bruce, even though he is not a part of Mosaic now but he was one of my best clients ever. I learnt how to deal with clients in the same year and Bruce was my first, who was impressed with my work. Now the second year in Mosaic has started. I want to work here for another complete year as now I have another responsibility of handling complete team of 22 people. I'll write another post when I'll complete the second year 2010-2011. Cheers!!!

08th June 2010.....TL meet at Mosaic....my officially second meet, but I was presenting my team MTV for the first time as a team leader. I started the ppt, as I reached the slide showing the graph for NCs, the director was shocked as the percentage of the NCs was 50%. Actually, there were a total of 29 NCs and as we have 58 clients in MTV, the ratio turned to be 50%. Altogether we have 243 campaigns which can exactly tell that 29 NCs for 243 Campaigns is an average ratio. Well it was all a learning experience for me to present in the TL meet here. The very next day, I had a meeting with the Director again on the issue of monthly reports......finally I learnt a lot like how to tackle the situations if we are short of staff, how we can train our team mates to meet our targets and convert NCs into PFs. There is a lot to learn for me......

10 months in Mosaic. Eleventh month began from 06 May 2010 and it brought a really good news for me. I am promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager in the TGS Deptt. in Mosaic. Being a SAM (Senior Account Manager) means that I am entered into the Team Leader list in Mosaic. It was a joyful moment for me. My team has party all that day, PIZZA yummmmmy..... The very next day 07th May 2010 was declared for the monthly TL meet. It was a hectic day from the beginning. Collecting all the data, their approval rate, rejection rate, profit and loss and a lot of things, it took around 7 hours of me. The job is hectic but I am enjoying all the moments of my new role...

25th March, one of the hilarious day of my life. Even if I was not joined with my love, Reshu; but I enjoyed a loy in the team party at the Disc. The celebration was offered by Mosaic on completion of 100 campaigns from one client ever in the history of Mosaic SEO. We have planned to dance in the disc and left office on thursday at 4:45PM. A team of 11 people reached in the Flluid Disc present in the ground floor of Mosaic Hotel. Taking the drinks and snacks, now the time was to dance, Jayant started the moment alone and then me, Rahul and Alpana. It was rocking. Then the plan changed againa and we all left for RPM just beside Flluid. It was ultimate, dark and loud 'full of Dancing environment'. We all danced there and enjoyed the most in the extreme party . WOW

It was the Friday 26th Feb, first time after years when the Holi party was celebrated in the month of February. Actually Holi is on 1st March,2010, but it was celebrated in Mosaic on 26th Feb in the evening as it was 3 days holiday from 27th Feb to 1st March. The celebration was in the evening when it started with the Antakshri competition between two teams which were announced 2 days before. The teams were namely Rang Barse and Rang De Basanti. I was in Rang Barse, around 25 members were participating in both the teams. We started the Antakshri with the song 'Rang barse bheege chunar wali' from Silsila. And it all started a great fun upto a long one hour competition. There were bonus points if someone dances during the dance. In the end, it was declared that the whole team will dance and can earn as many points as the number of the members in that team. Finally we won with an score of 95 vs 93.

It was the amazing moment for me when I was declared as the 'Employee of the month' after six months of joining in Mosaic, Noida. It was the result of hard work and ownership that took me to the new heights in Noida. I got highest number of PF, it was 11 and the highest PF score too. The month of January was really lucky, first I became the Google Adwords certified professional and now 'Best in Mosaic' .....Wow. Later the 'Employee of the month' certificate was distributed to me on the eve of 26th Jan. I am looking forward to the situation and trying to ahieve as many positive feedbacks from the clients. I have learnt a lot in Mosaic and I'll keep on learning to be the best client handler.

My first month in the Mosaic : Joined on 6th July - Induction meetings with HR, BM, Collegeues. Took hand over for the projects from Amit upto 15th July for all the campaigns. Then started the bigger problem , in reality it is a festival season for SHIV bhakts. The week for the KAWAR, where Shiv bhakts used to bring the holi Gangajal from the sacred river of India, Ganga. They go to Haridwar, the dev bhoomi every year and bring the Gangajal in the Kawar. The buses and the main highway routes are generally closed and diverted at that time. My chartered buses for Noida was also facing the problem due to the closed route. I decided to go on my bike, Pulsar 150 cc. In the morning , everything was fine. I drove at 80KMH on the highway and reached the office in 75 minutes only. Usually bus takes more than 02 hours for it. Afer finishing off the work in the office, I was returning . The route was completely jammed due to heavy rush. I could reach to Mohannagar (the half way mark) up to 08 ...

After three and half years, I decided to switch from Argus Softwares (Formerly known as Impetus Technologies) , Delhi. It was a long period there from April'06 to June'09. I decided to join Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Lid. after the long interview session. It was from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Fully tired. On July 06, 2009 I entered the premises of Mosaic as the employee. It was really an awesome experience there. Complete day was full of induction meetings and introduction. Today, on 15 Aug, it has been a nice experience working here. The environment is totally professional here. Daily there are seminars, presentations, group discussions, campaign reviews and much more. I called my first client on 10th of august. It was Bruce Atkins. The duration of call was 25 minutes. On 14ih of august, I called 2 clients in a day fot the first time. In the evening, There was the kite flying competition at Mosaic. I also participated in it, with 1 Hit and 2 Flops. HaHaHaHa
