Three years is a long time and this is what I've spent in Flexsin so far. I've been here from Aug 2013 and the next month I'll be 3 years old here...Feels like now I'll be shifted from Playway to Nursery or KG to be precise. Its been a journey from the time which I have forgot completely to the time which is most memorable in my life. Becoming a father is the special feeling which I got during my tenure in Flexsin so past 3 years have been pretty decent and growing for me and my family. But its not the end and in fact I do not know how many more years I will serve them but yes working at Flexsin will always be a part of my life with passion. Hope for the best.

First six months at Flexsin Technologies, Noida has been wonderful. I found some really good friends here including my team mates, my seniors and juniors. I would say "amazing" in one word and I am satisfied with the culture here. I have experienced completely professional environment from the beginning. We have lot of clients across the globe including the United States, UK, Australia, Canada, China and the Arabian region. The main difference between the work responsibilities at Flexsin and the previous organization is that here I have to call my clients daily....sometimes 4 calls a day, most of them late in the evening. Last week of August 2013, I joined Flexsin Technologies on 27th Aug'13 as the Project Lead in the Internet Marketing department. After 8 rounds of interviews, finally I was selected by Flexsin. During last 2 months of working at flexsin, I found a very much friendly environment here. I made few good friends too, some of them are Manish, Arun, Neeraj, Gautam, Chiranjeet and the list goes on. The team I have been given is very close to me as well. All its memeber are very hard working and sincere including Vivek, Saifur, Ashish, Heera, Rakesh. I pray to God for the good luck to my team. I felt an absolute professional and calm environement here and I believe it would be similar in coming months too.

I was looking for some job opportunities and got a call from PageTraffic Webtech, Noida. On the day of interview, I cleared 4 rounds including written English/communication, Written technical test, System test for site analysis and Face to face technical interview. The HR scheduled the final round with the CEO the next day. Amongst  these rounds of interview, 3rd round was a bit longer...2 hours analysis on the machine. I was given a shopping portal and I had to analyze the pros and cons, what can be improved from SEO point of view as well as conversion point of view. I got offer letter the next day. Worked there for almost 3 months, I became very close to the team mates specially onpage members like Sumit, Ankit, Alok and Anupam. All of them are hard working. We worked altogether and solved many issues for process as well as client deliveries. Looking forward for their bright future.

After completing successful 5 years in the firld of internet marketing, Ishir offered me the place I was looking for and I chose Ishir as my new destination. I started my career here as Campaign Manager - Search(SEO) in the Internet Marketing department. IM team is a fun loving team and we have loads of parties in the first month specifically disc party @ KINK, diwali party with Gol gappe and many other with ice creams, pizzas, jalebis and samosas. Its now around 2 months now in Ishir and I've a lot of friends here. Some of them are Pankaj, Shobhit, Saket, Abhinav, Chandan, Manoj, Irwin, Chetan & Karuna. The list is even bigger to write. The environment here is so enthusiastic that you never feel like in office, its like a cool working place. You have several funny moments on daily basis. 19th Aug.......my last working day at Mosaic. It was really sad to leave Mosaic after 2 years as I was attached to all Mosemps with a strong bonding during the time. But its the time and we all have to change with it. One can't be with you forever. One has to grow and changes are necessary for growth. I can't forget anthing which I witnessed in Mosaic from 2009 to 2011. Joined as an Account Manager, Qualified the Google Adwords Exam, Chosen Employee of the Month, Promoted to Senior Account Manager, and a lot more awards like Client Wows, Whale Dones................can't forget the things. These must be the two most valuable years of my career, my life. Learnt a lot from advanced search engine optimization techniques to client handling....Thanks to all my collegeues there. 06th July 2010....the first day of my second year in Mosaic ITES, Noida. I finally completed one successful year in another organization. The first year was full of pressures, clients, innovations, worksheets, competitions, trainings, and in the end of it, I was a part of the team leaders. The first year 2009-2010 was absolutely a memarable 12 months time. I enjoyed a lot with my collegues, cheese burst pizzas, burgers, discotheques, client interactions specially Bruce-Dalida.I can't forget Bruce, even though he is not a part of Mosaic now but he was one of my best clients ever. I learnt how to deal with clients in the same year and Bruce was my first, who was impressed with my work. Now the second year in Mosaic has started. I want to work here for another complete year as now I have another responsibility of handling complete team of 22 people. I'll write another post when I'll complete the second year 2010-2011. Impetus as such means the acceleration. Initially when I joined Impetus in April,2006 it was the similar like its meaning. It grown rapidly from a strength of 05 to 15, 15 to 35, and then upto 200. I was in the second face of the development there when I was leading the team for article submissions. I was handling 4 people. Prashant, Pankaj, Rashmi, Akhilesh was there. Later on Kailash, Ravi, Sachin also introduced in the team. At the joining time, I was sitting in the Blue Moksha. After becoming the TL in articles, I was shifted in the Brown Moksha where other SEO guys wer sitting including Rohit, Kamran, Ranjan, Amit, Manish, Tapash, Shikha, Kamal, Pradeep, Amalendu, Hemant and Sanjay. 1. Give me a description of your general SEO experience. A. My experience is mainly with my own sites in the fields of mobile phones and approving loans in the UK. So far, my site is on first 3 pages for generic search terms involving mobile phones, mobile phone deals, contract mobile phones in a couple of search engines.
