After completing successful 5 years in the firld of internet marketing, Ishir offered me the place I was looking for and I chose Ishir as my new destination. I started my career here as Campaign Manager - Search(SEO) in the Internet Marketing department. IM team is a fun loving team and we have loads of parties in the first month specifically disc party @ KINK, diwali party with Gol gappe and many other with ice creams, pizzas, jalebis and samosas. Its now around 2 months now in Ishir and I've a lot of friends here. Some of them are Pankaj, Shobhit, Saket, Abhinav, Chandan, Manoj, Irwin, Chetan & Karuna. The list is even bigger to write. The environment here is so enthusiastic that you never feel like in office, its like a cool working place. You have several funny moments on daily basis. 10 months in Mosaic. Eleventh month began from 06 May 2010 and it brought a really good news for me. I am promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager in the TGS Deptt. in Mosaic. Being a SAM (Senior Account Manager) means that I am entered into the Team Leader list in Mosaic. It was a joyful moment for me. My team has party all that day, PIZZA yummmmmy..... The very next day 07th May 2010 was declared for the monthly TL meet. It was a hectic day from the beginning. Collecting all the data, their approval rate, rejection rate, profit and loss and a lot of things, it took around 7 hours of me. The job is hectic but I am enjoying all the moments of my new role...
