Three years is a long time and this is what I've spent in Flexsin so far. I've been here from Aug 2013 and the next month I'll be 3 years old here...Feels like now I'll be shifted from Playway to Nursery or KG to be precise. Its been a journey from the time which I have forgot completely to the time which is most memorable in my life. Becoming a father is the special feeling which I got during my tenure in Flexsin so past 3 years have been pretty decent and growing for me and my family. But its not the end and in fact I do not know how many more years I will serve them but yes working at Flexsin will always be a part of my life with passion. Hope for the best.

On 27th Aug 2014, I have completed one year at Flexsin Technologies, Noida successfully. I am quite pleased with my tenure and performance while working on client's projects during the time. Now I can feel lot relaxed from my mind. I have seen many changes during past 12 months, team shuffled, team members left, new members joined, and many other such changes but it is the part of our life. Changes are mandatory and no one can challenge the TIME which actually causes changes. I have also been witnessed to ups and downs of the department during previous year. For now, I am looking forward to work her for more year/s but let see where my destiny takes me in coming time.

03rd April 2014 is the most memorable day of my life. God blessed me and my wife with a baby girl on this day. Thank you God...... I am feeling on top of the world as my beloved give me the most precious gift of my life....my little cutie...names Shree. Becoming a father is an awesome feeling and you can not just miss the day when you would expect to be a father. She was weighing 3.2 kilograms on her birthday. First six months at Flexsin Technologies, Noida has been wonderful. I found some really good friends here including my team mates, my seniors and juniors. I would say "amazing" in one word and I am satisfied with the culture here. I have experienced completely professional environment from the beginning. We have lot of clients across the globe including the United States, UK, Australia, Canada, China and the Arabian region. The main difference between the work responsibilities at Flexsin and the previous organization is that here I have to call my clients daily....sometimes 4 calls a day, most of them late in the evening. Communicating regularly with the clients make it easier to understand the nature and business of the client. Most of the clients I used to talk are soft in nature. 27th April 2012...Woke up early in the morning around 3:30AM and got ready for the Rafting Tour of Rishikesh. I and Reshu left at 4 o'clock from Noida, took breakfast on a Dhaba nearby Muzaffarnagar. We reached Haridwar by 11AM, and went to see Holi Ganages river at Har ki Puari on Friday. After driving 22 Kms, we reached Sivpuri, Rishikesh where Guide took us to the Rafting camp. It was the golden moment of my life when we saw river Ganga so closely. We sat on thr stones around the river and started to play with the water. Water was so cold that it took all of the tiredness we had during the journey. In the evening, we left for Jungle Trekking to see the fountain. It was on the vertical height of 1.5 Kms. On returning from trekking, we all sat for chitchat around the bonfire on the bank of Ganga river. It was the 7th foundation day for Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Ltd. on 10th of October 2010. The wonderful figure of 10-10-10 Sunday. Management decided to celebrate the auspicious ocassion on Friday 08th October.Party was planned in the new building Mosaic is about to shift in the couple of months. All of the employees were transported via cars and cabs by 1:30PM at the destination. It was actually in the E-block of NPEZ Noida(Noida Special Economic Zone). The office was awesome and spacious too. After the lunch, the celebration actually started with the dance competition between the 6 teams namely Orkut, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and others. After the unbeatable dance competition, the award ceremony started. Headed by Vikas Malhotra, a lot of awards were distributed to the deserving employees of Mosaic. I also got "Stars of Mosaic" award for my achievements on "Client Relationship". It was an unforgettable moment for me and everyone present there. Then a cold drink...

10 months in Mosaic. Eleventh month began from 06 May 2010 and it brought a really good news for me. I am promoted from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager in the TGS Deptt. in Mosaic. Being a SAM (Senior Account Manager) means that I am entered into the Team Leader list in Mosaic. It was a joyful moment for me. My team has party all that day, PIZZA yummmmmy..... The very next day 07th May 2010 was declared for the monthly TL meet. It was a hectic day from the beginning. Collecting all the data, their approval rate, rejection rate, profit and loss and a lot of things, it took around 7 hours of me. The job is hectic but I am enjoying all the moments of my new role...

It was the amazing moment for me when I was declared as the 'Employee of the month' after six months of joining in Mosaic, Noida. It was the result of hard work and ownership that took me to the new heights in Noida. I got highest number of PF, it was 11 and the highest PF score too. The month of January was really lucky, first I became the Google Adwords certified professional and now 'Best in Mosaic' .....Wow. Later the 'Employee of the month' certificate was distributed to me on the eve of 26th Jan. I am looking forward to the situation and trying to ahieve as many positive feedbacks from the clients. I have learnt a lot in Mosaic and I'll keep on learning to be the best client handler.

Impetus as such means the acceleration. Initially when I joined Impetus in April,2006 it was the similar like its meaning. It grown rapidly from a strength of 05 to 15, 15 to 35, and then upto 200. I was in the second face of the development there when I was leading the team for article submissions. I was handling 4 people. Prashant, Pankaj, Rashmi, Akhilesh was there. Later on Kailash, Ravi, Sachin also introduced in the team. At the joining time, I was sitting in the Blue Moksha. After becoming the TL in articles, I was shifted in the Brown Moksha where other SEO guys wer sitting including Rohit, Kamran, Ranjan, Amit, Manish, Tapash, Shikha, Kamal, Pradeep, Amalendu, Hemant and Sanjay. Initially I was handling the sites of loan. Home improvement loan and College loans were my best keywords at that point of time. After one year I was transferred in the mobile phone department. After three and half years, I decided to switch from Argus Softwares (Formerly known as Impetus Technologies) , Delhi. It was a long period there from April'06 to June'09. I decided to join Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Lid. after the long interview session. It was from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Fully tired. On July 06, 2009 I entered the premises of Mosaic as the employee. It was really an awesome experience there. Complete day was full of induction meetings and introduction. Today, on 15 Aug, it has been a nice experience working here. The environment is totally professional here. Daily there are seminars, presentations, group discussions, campaign reviews and much more. I called my first client on 10th of august. It was Bruce Atkins. The duration of call was 25 minutes. On 14ih of august, I called 2 clients in a day fot the first time. In the evening, There was the kite flying competition at Mosaic. I also participated in it, with 1 Hit and 2 Flops. HaHaHaHa
